1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules for using the ZA-TRANS website and the conditions for providing transport services. The website owner is ZA-TRANS, located at ul. Łaska 29/31, 95-200 Pabianice.
2. Definitions
Service Provider - ZA-TRANS. User - a person using the website. Services - transport services provided by ZA-TRANS.
3. Scope of Services
ZA-TRANS provides domestic and international transport, forwarding and logistics services. The detailed scope of services and terms of implementation are agreed individually with each client.
4. Terms of Service Delivery
Transport services are provided based on individual arrangements with the client. Terms, deadlines and prices are agreed upon before the order is executed.
5. Liability
ZA-TRANS is liable for entrusted shipments in accordance with applicable transport law. Detailed liability conditions are specified in the transport contract.
6. Complaints
Complaints regarding services should be submitted in writing to the company address or electronically to biuro@zatrans.eu. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.
7. Personal Data Protection
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
8. Final Provisions
Polish law applies to matters not regulated by these terms. Disputes arising from service provision will be resolved by the competent common court.
